Introducing the New Community Support Center

Hey everyone,

For months now we have been working hard on a brand new project that we’re excited to finally reveal today. We’ve been listening to your concerns and questions about SPP and Slide, so we worked with developers and engineers to build a new Community Support site that will make getting your questions heard and answered faster than ever before.

It’s called the Community Support Center, and you can reach it at the following URL:

The Community Support Center will be the best place for getting answers to any questions you may have about playing SPP, troubleshooting any problems, and much more. Here are a few of the core features:

-A library of articles covering Frequently Asked Questions about how to play SPP, SPP features as well as troubleshooting tips

-A new and improved system for contacting Community Support that makes it easier for us to know what exactly you need help with

-The ability for you to keep track of your Community Support tickets so you can know their status and we can keep track of them too

We also know that many of you write in the forum to ask questions about SPP, whether it’s about how a feature works or a technical issue you may be experiencing. While the Community will always be a great resource for help, if you’re looking for official answers to questions, the Community Support Center is the fastest and most efficient way to find them, about anything and everything SPP.

In the past, if you wanted to get help or give feedback, you would write to, one of our other support emails, Ambassadors, or Admins. Now we’ve created a new and improved communication channel for all questions, suggestions, and feedback you have about SPP. Going forward, please use the new Community Support Center instead of the old channels so we can address your questions and concerns as quickly possible.

Keep in mind that the Community Support Center is still very much in a beta state – meaning that there are many improvements and changes to make and we need your help to make it as useful as possible. You may notice bugs, missing articles in the Answers section, or just content that should be there but isn’t yet. That’s why we need your feedback, whether it’s positive or negative, to know how to make it better. Our Ambassadors have been working with the new site for the past few weeks, but now it’s time for all SPP users to try it out and tell us what you think!

We believe there’s going to be a lot to gain from the Community Support Center, but it can’t reach its full potential without you – the users – telling us what you want from it. So please send any feedback, comments, or suggestions using the “Feedback” button on the home page of the site.

Thanks everyone. We look forward to hearing what you think.

I submitted several questions already & got responses within 24 hours. However, only one answer was considered “Solved”.
