SPP Forum Guidelines Updates


Slide has updated there SPP Forum Guidelines policy.  Please be aware of these new additions.

Griefing: ‘Griefers’ are users who only post to rile everyone else up. They might say something you don’t agree with just to make you angry, or to make everyone else angry at you, or at Slide/SPP, or anyone else. They feed off and generate negative energy.

CS Issues: Please keep posts about Customer Support related issues between yourself and our Support team. We understand that dealing with technical issues can be frustrating, but these posts do not help us get your issues solved faster or better. While contacting Support by writing to feedback@slide.com is the best way to get help with tech problems, you can always seek the assistance of fellow SPP users in the Tech Room. For payment problems, please write an email to premiumsupport@slide.com. If you ever have issues either Feedback or Premium Support, feel free to write to any of the SPP admins. Posting about interactions with Support – like copying and pasting emails from Support – may get your thread locked.
